Soy Sauce Sorbet

Yield: 6 cups

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

4 cups water
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
4 teaspoons grated orange zest

directions

Stir together all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to manufacturer’s directions.
