- Put [A] in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Soak the bread in the mixture and leave it overnight.
- Fry in a frying pan with olive oil [1] over low to medium heat. Once browned, turn over and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a heat-resistant container, loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 600W to melt. [2] Place on a plate and top with vanilla ice cream, melted chocolate and sliced almonds.
