Spicy Orange Wings (using Spicy Orange Sauce Hack)

ingredients

8 drumettes per serving

Add ½ cup of sauce to each serving

 

Spicy Orange Sauce
24 oz Kikkoman No Preservatives Added Orange Sauce
2 oz Kikkoman Citrus Ponzu Sauce
12 oz Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 oz Orange concentrate
1 oz Garlic, minced
1 oz Ginger, minced

directions

Chef Andrew makes super simple fried chicken wings with a tasty spicy orange sauce. You can find the Spicy Orange Sauce recipe in his Sauce Hack video.

Start by roasting drumettes and paddles in an ovenand then fry them for about 5 minutes at 375 degrees in a deep dryeruntil they are golden and crispy.

Put the wings in a stainless steel bowl and toss them with Spicy Orange sauce (which contains Kikkoman’s No Preservatives Added Orange Sauce, Kikkoman Citrus Ponzu Sauce, Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, orange concentrate, and minced garlic and ginger). Top with chopped cilantro, green onions and mandarin oranges. Toss to mix well thenplate in a to-go container.

*Note can also substitute pre-cooked chicken wings or frozen drumettes
