Steamed Fish with Ginger and Soy Sauce

ingredients

24 4-ounce fish fillets such as snapper, sole or salmon
1/4 cup grated ginger
1 cup Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 cilantro sprigs

directions

Sprinkle 1 fish fillet per serving with 1/2 teaspoon ginger and place on a plate. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil and scatter 1 tablespoon scallions on top. Place plate on steamer rack over boiling water and cover. Steam 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Remove plate from steamer and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
