ingredients

1 (12-inch) round pizza dough
2/3 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze with Honey & Pineapple, divided
2 ounces arugula
2 ounces baby spinach
8 leaves fresh basil, chopped
8 ounces large shrimp (16/20 count), shelled, deveined and cut in half
15 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienned

directions

Place pizza dough on parchment-lined sheet pan. Evenly brush top with 1/3 cup of the teriyaki sauce. Bake in 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. In large bowl, combine arugula, spinach and basil; set aside. In separate bowl, combine shrimp and remaining 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce. In pan, sauté shrimp over medium heat 1 minute. Add pineapple and bell pepper; sauté 1 minute. Add hot shrimp mixture to arugula mixture; toss to combine and wilt greens. Place on pizza crust to within 1 inch of edge; arrange toppings for color and garnish. Cut into wedges.
