- Make your steak marinade by adding the soy sauce and the rest of ingredients into a bowl and let steak marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
- Prepare your adobo dipping sauce with soy sauce and the rest of your ingredients, blending with a food processor. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
- Cut up your peppers and onions and add to the pan until they get a good char, then place aside.
- Add your steak to the same pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, let rest.
- Place your tortilla, cheese, steak and the rest of your ingredients in the wrap and place on the pan to char.
- Cut your burrito in half and enjoy with your dipping sauce.
