ingredients

Steak Marinade
¼ cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ cup olive oil
1 lemon
1 orange
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 pound Flank steak 

Dipping Sauce
¼ cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 chipotles
1 garlic
1 limes
1 juice from orange juice

Additional Ingredients
1 red and 1 yellow grilled peppers 
½ white onion caramelized 
1 flour tortilla 
¼ cup Jack cheese 
¼ of an avocado 
Cilantro bunch

directions

  1. Make your steak marinade by adding the soy sauce and the rest of ingredients into a bowl and let steak marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
  2. Prepare your adobo dipping sauce with soy sauce and the rest of your ingredients, blending with a food processor. Place in the fridge until ready to use. 
  3. Cut up your peppers and onions and add to the pan until they get a good char, then place aside.
  4. Add your steak to the same pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, let rest.
  5. Place your tortilla, cheese, steak and the rest of your ingredients in the wrap and place on the pan to char.
  6. Cut your burrito in half and enjoy with your dipping sauce.
