About
This One Pan Gyoza Curry Bake is a weeknight dinner dream with minimal effort and maximum flavor. Juicy chicken gyoza or veggie dumplings bake right in a creamy coconut curry with tender veggies and a tangy kick from Kikkoman® Gyoza Dumpling Dipping Sauce and Kikkoman® Fish Sauce. It’s warm, comforting, and has just the right amount of spice. Tips & Tricks- No need to thaw: You can use frozen dumplings straight from the freezer. Just make sure they’re in a single layer so they bake evenly. Works with pork gyoza, veggie, or chicken gyoza!
- Crispy tops: For extra golden dumplings, broil the pan for 1-2 minutes at the end—just watch closely.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon yellow curry paste
¾ cup full fat coconut milk
¼ cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Kikkoman® Gyoza Dumpling Dipping Sauce

1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
12 frozen vegetable or chicken gyoza
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped, for garnish

- Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook 30 seconds.
- Add curry paste. Stir to coat the aromatics. Pour in coconut milk, broth, fish sauce, and gyoza sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add chopped carrots, broccoli, and bell pepper to the pan. Mix well to coat in the curry sauce.
- Arrange frozen gyoza on top of the vegetables in a single layer. Spoon sauce over the top of each dumpling.

- Remove foil and bake uncovered for 5-7 minutes longer until gyoza is lightly browned.
- Garnish with green onion and cilantro. Serve hot.
