A Bold Zesty Kick for Ginger Enthusiasts For those who crave a little extra “zing,” our Triple Ginger BBQ sauce delivers. By using three types of ginger—diced, pureed, and ground—we’ve created a multi-layered flavor profile that is both sharp and sweet. It’s an aromatic powerhouse that adds an instant “wow” factor to lighter proteins.

  • Flavor Profile: Refreshingly bold and zesty; a sharp ginger heat balanced by a rich, sweet-savory soy base.
  • Why You’ll Love It: Provides a bright, aromatic punch that cuts through rich meats; thick texture makes it an ideal finishing glaze.
  • Best For: Glazing salmon and pork chops, tossing with snap pea stir-frys, and as a zesty dip for potstickers or calamari.

Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauces have a small amount of alcohol since they are all made with traditionally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce. Our Soy Sauce is a fermented product like beer and is made from wheat, soybeans, salt and water. During the fermentation process, the wheat starches are broken down to sugars and part of the sugar is changed into alcohol. Also, some of our teriyaki sauces have wine or mirin (rice wine) as an ingredient.
For our sauces, the Best By Date is printed on the neck of the glass bottle or the bottle cap. Our seasoning mixes and gold-colored packaged soup mixes have a date printed across the top of the package back or embossed on the side of the packets. Please click to here view some examples.
