kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground chicken
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¾ cup chopped water chestnuts
¾ cup minced scallions
1 ½ teaspoons grated ginger
1 ½ cups Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze, plus more for serving
24 iceberg lettuce cups
6 cups fried chow mein or bean thread noodles

directions

Sauté chicken in oil, breaking it up with a spatula. Add water chestnuts, scallions and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in sweet soy glaze. Heat 1/4 cup chicken mixture per serving. Fill 1 lettuce cup with 1/4 cup noodles and chicken mixture. Serve with additional sweet soy glaze for drizzling.
