ingredients

Plum Dressing:
2/3 cup Kikkoman Plum Sauce
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil

Asian Slaw:
1 pound julienned jicama
12 ounces shredded napa or green cabbage
8 ounces julienned carrots
6 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

directions

To make Plum Dressing: Whisk together all ingredients until blended. (Yield: 1 cup)

To make Asian Slaw: Toss remaining ingredients with Plum Dressing until lightly coated.
