Catfish with Garlic-Ginger Soy Sauce

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1/4 cup Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
2 ounces minced garlic
2 ounces minced ginger
3 cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
6 ounces sugar
4 ounces sliced green onions
24 (5 ounces each) catfish fillets
salt and pepper as needed
1/2 cup chopped parsley

directions

For each serving, to order: In saucepan, heat oil, garlic and ginger over low heat. When garlic and ginger start to sizzle, add soy sauce and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. When cool, add green onions. Lightly spray pans with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange single layers of fish on pans. Season fish with salt and pepper. Bake in 325°F convection oven 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Spoon 3 tablespoons sauce over each portion of fish. Garnish with parsley.
