kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1/3 cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce
1/3 cup rice wine
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 ounces minced garlic
1 1/2 ounces minced ginger
3/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
6 pounds pork tenderloins

directions

In bowl, whisk together all ingredients except pork. Add pork and turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade, reserving excess. Roast pork in 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Cool; cut into thin slices.

Serving suggestion: Fan pork slices over mixed greens.
