ingredients

8 cups Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze
2/3 cup garlic purée
2/3 cup grated ginger
2/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
48 beef short ribs, cut thinly across the bone
24 cups hot rice
6 cups kimchi

directions

Whisk together sweet soy glaze, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Marinate ribs in sweet soy glaze mixture at least 1 hour or overnight. Grill 2 ribs per serving over high heat until charred and cooked to desired doneness. Serve with 1 cup rice and 1/4 cup kimchi.
