ingredients

3 cups pineapple juice
1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce

directions

Combine pineapple juice and soy sauce.

Use 1/2 cup marinade per 4 pounds beef skirt steak. Marinate beef about 30 minutes; drain and pat dry. Grill to desired doneness, slice and serve with warm flour tortillas, pico de gallo and fajita garnishes.
