NuMami Noodle Soup

ingredients

6 quarts chicken stock

12 ounces sliced ginger

1/2 cup Kikkoman NuMami Sauce

12 cups cooked thin noodles, such as ramen or somen

12 cups julienned bok choy

directions

Simmer stock with ginger for 1 minute. Strain out and discard ginger. Add NuMami to stock. Heat 1 cup stock per serving with 1/2 cup noodles and 1/2 cup bok choy.
