Spicy Sesame Edamame

Serves 44 servings (per 1/2 gallon bottle)

Ingredients

2 cups Frozen Edamame in Shell
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Poke Sauce
1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions, drain, pat dry and set aside.
  2. In a pan over high heat, add Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil. When the oil is hot, carefully add the edamame and fry, stirring frequently, for about 4 minutes until slightly charred.
  3. Add Kikkoman Poke Sauce and combine. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until sauce becomes reduced and slightly sticky.
  4. Add minced garlic stir until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
