Spicy Shrimp Toast with Sesame Oil Crostini

ingredients

Shrimp Salad:

1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, Cooked, Chopped

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Minced

To Taste Salt and Pepper

Crostini:

24 Slices Baguettes, Sliced Crosswise

As Needed Kikkoman® Toasted Sesame Oil

As Needed Kosher or Sea Salt

Thai Chili Ranch Dressing:

2 cups Ranch Dressing

1 cup Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce

Wasabi Honey Mustard Dressing:

1 1/2 cups Honey Mustard Dressing

1 1/2 cups Wasabi Sauce

Plating:

Kikkoman® Dressing of Choice

1/4 cup Green Onions

Shrimp Salad:

  1. Combine shrimp, mayonnaise and red bell peppers. Stir to combine. 
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Crostini:

  1. Slice baguettes crosswise into approximately 1/4” thick. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with salt. 
  2. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until golden and crispy.

Thai Chili Ranch Dressing

  1. Combine Ranch Dressing and Thai Style Chili Sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine. 

Wasabi Honey Mustard Dressing

  1. Combine Honey Mustard Dressing and Wasabi Sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Plating:  

  1. Spoon approximately 1 ounce of Shrimp Salad onto Crostinis. Drizzle with Kikkoman Dressing of Choice and sprinkle with green onions to garnish.
