Sweet & Sour Pork Stir-Fry

ingredients

2/3 cupVegetable oil                           
2 pounds, 8 ounces Onions, wedged ¼ inch                   
3 pounds Green bell peppers, cut into thin strips           
1 pound, 8 ounces Red bell peppers, cut into thin strips               
3 pounds, 12 ounces Pork tenderloin, sliced 1/8 inch               
3 ¼ cups Kikkoman Sweet & Sour Sauce               
7 tablespoons Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce                   
3 ounces Grated fresh ginger                       
1/3 cup Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil

directions

In large wok or braising pan over high heat, heat oil.  Add onions; cook and toss 3 minutes.  Add bell peppers; cook and toss 5 minutes.  Add pork; cook and toss about 6 minutes until pork is completely cooked.  Mix in remaining ingredients.  Heat through.  Serve with steamed rice, if desired.
