ingredients

4 1/2 pounds ground beef

3 tablespoons peanut oil

1 pound diced green bell peppers

1 pound diced onions

3 tablespoons minced garlic

3 14.5-ounce cans diced tomatoes

3 15-ounce can tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce

3 tablespoons Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

directions

Brown beef in oil in a deep sauté pan. Add peppers, onions, garlic and ginger and cook until vegetables are soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Heat 1 cup chili per serving and spoon over 1 cup cooked white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions, if desired.
