Soy-Grilled Vegetables

ingredients

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
assorted vegetables, such as red bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, yellow squash and eggplant
salt and pepper
finely shredded fresh basil leaves

directions

Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Cut vegetables into 1/2-inch slices. Grill; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil mixture and basil. Serve warm.
