Spicy Chicken Wings

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

16 pounds chicken wings, tips removed
1 cup vegetable oil, divided
4 cups minced onion
1/2 cup minced garlic
4 cups ketchup
2 cups Kikkoman Sriracha Sauce
1/2 cup cider or rice vinegar
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin

directions

In large bowl, toss wings with 1/2 cup oil; spread on sheet pans in one layer. Bake in 425°F oven about 20 minutes; turn wings over and bake 20 minutes more or until browned and cooked through. While wings are cooking in saucepan, heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Stir in ketchup, sriracha sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and cumin; simmer about 5 minutes. When wings are cooked, spoon sauce over wings to coat.
