Yakitori Dip

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

2 cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin
8 tablespoons Sake
4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
8 pieces Garlic
2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, minced

directions

Bring the soy, mirin and sake to a boil, add the remaining ingredients. Allow to simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Strain through a chinois.
