½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
6 pineapple rings
6 boneless skinless pork chops
Chopped cilantro or parsley for serving

directions

  1. Stir together Takumi sauce and pineapple juice in a small bowl. Reserve ¼ cup for serving. Brush pineapple rings on both sides with teriyaki pineapple mixture, then brush pork chops on both sides liberally.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat and grease with cooking oil. Place pineapple rings on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Grill pork chops alongside pineapple for 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with remaining sauce after flipping, until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  3. Serve pineapple and pork chops hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
