Grilled Pork Sliders with Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce

ingredients

2 oz of ground pork (or other meat) per slider
Brush each slider with Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce Glaze
Add to pun when finished cooking garnish with Crispy onions and cilantro

 

Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce
18 oz Kikkoman Sushi Sauce (Unagi Tare)
12 oz Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 oz Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin

Chef Andrew makes grilled pork sliders with a Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce glaze and crispy fried onions. You can find the Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce recipe in his Sauce Hack video.

Form 2oz. pork slider patties and season with sea salt and black pepper. Brush the Sweet & Spicy Soy Glaze (which contains Kikkoman Sushi Sauce (Unagi Tare), Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin) on top of the sliders. Place the patties on the grill, sauce side down. Grill patties for 2-3 minutes on each side brush with Sweet & Spicy Soy glaze periodically.

Remove sliders from grill and place on buns. Top patties with crispy fried onions, a drizzle of Sweet & Spicy Soy Glaze and freshly chopped cilantro.

*Note: This recipe can be replicated using beef, chicken or turkey
