ingredients

For Tacos 
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Korean BBQ
6 tortillas, warmed

For Slaw 
1 cup shredded green cabbage
½ cup shredded purple cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
¼ teaspoon salt

directions

  1. Toss together ingredients for slaw in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Heat ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat and use a spatula to break up into pieces. Brown for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Takumi sauce and simmer for 5 minutes longer until beef is fully cooked.
  3. Serve Korean beef over tortillas topped with spicy slaw.
