Four Creators. Eight Great Takumi Recipes!

Meet four of our creator-partners and discover their tasty takes using Teriyaki Takumi.

Kikkoman sauces, coatings and seasonings are inspiring food creators all across America, and they’re sharing their delicious recipes on social media. We’re always on the look-out for the best and brightest of these creators, and we invite them to partner with us in developing big-flavored, easy, family-friendly recipes featuring our products.

Recently, we asked four of our creator-partners to come up with a quick, delicious recipes using Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original flavor.

We call our line of Takumi sauces “America’s Artisan Teriyaki,” because they’re rich, thick, and crafted with ingredients like sweet rice wine, garlic, ginger, onion, and sesame seeds for a look and taste that turns everyday ingredients into delicious works of art. They come in five fabulous flavors: Original, Garlic & Green Onion, Gochujang Spicy Miso, Triple Ginger, and Korean BBQ. Teriyaki Chicken Musubi

Musubi is room-temperature cooked rice wrapped in nori (the seaweed sheets used to make sushi rolls) with a filling of meat or vegetables. My’s easy version layers chicken thighs cooked in Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi sauce with pineapple slices for a sweet-savory handheld snack or light meal.

Chow fun—a quick stir-fry of chewy fresh rice noodles—is easy to make at home. For rich, satisfying flavor, My marinates steak in Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi sauce, then stir-fries it with onion, ginger, garlic, scallions, rice noodles, and more Takumi. Enjoy, and have fun!

Teriyaki Glazed Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

Want to start your day with a little extra umami? Sally gives bacon and eggs a teriyaki twist by brushing cooked bacon with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi sauce, and layers it on toasted brioche buns with fried eggs and cheese.

Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts can be bland. Not these! Sheila glazes them with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi sauce, wraps them in bacon, brushes on more Takumi, bakes them, and then broils them to crisp the bacon. Her easy pineapple salsa makes the perfect sweet-tangy-spicy accompaniment.
