ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ pound beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
2 cups broccoli or broccolini, cut into florets
1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
2 green onions, chopped
¾ cup Kikkoman® Stir-Fry Sauce

directions

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir-fry beef until browned, 3-4 minutes. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, carrots and green onions to the center of the wok. Cook and stir vegetable at least 5 minutes. Stir beef into the vegetables and add Stir-Fry Sauce. Cook and stir until beef and vegetables are coated with sauce and heated through.
