ingredients

3 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
3 ½ ounces enoki mushrooms (golden needle mushrooms)
4 stalks green onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
White pepper, to taste

directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir them together with ½ teaspoon of soy sauce.
  2. Cut the enoki mushrooms so they are ¾-inch in length.
  3. Oil a pan with the sesame oil and cook mushrooms.
  4. Adjust the flavor with the remaining soy sauce and white pepper.
  5. Add eggs and the green onions to pan with mushrooms, and heat while mixing together.
