- Combine the Kikkoman® unsweetened soy milk with the pine nuts, and toasted white sesame seeds, and blend until smooth. Add salt and sugar, and adjust the salt to your taste.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and stir them with a spoon so they do not stick together. Cook for 1 minute.
- Transfer the noodles to a large strainer and rinse them in cold water.
- Pour the soymilk on top of the noodles in the bowl. Place cucumber, egg, and kimchi on top of the noodles. Add some ice cubes.
