ingredients

1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 small lemons, thinly sliced
1 pound boneless salmon
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
1 green onion, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon sesame seeds

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and lightly grease a foil lined baking sheet with avocado oil. Combine teriyaki sauce, Dijon, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
  2. Arrange lemon slices on baking sheet and place salmon on top. Season salmon with sea salt. Pour glaze over salmon.
  3. Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked through. Garnish salmon with sesame seeds and green onions. Slice salmon into 4 portions and serve hot.
