- Combine Kikkoman Preservative-Free Orange Sauce, Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce and Red Pepper Flakes in a small bowl. Marinate cut beef.
- Using a medium non-stick skillet, saute steak strips with canola oil in medium-high heat, 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauce mix, broccoli florets with sauteed beef and stir to combine. Adjust heat to medium and cover with a lid, 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- Open lid and stir in fresh red bell peppers and combine, cover for additional 1 minute.
- Serve beef with brown rice or your choice of healthy grain. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
