- Pat excess moisture from steaks and place in a shallow dish. Pour teriyaki sauce over steaks to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 2-8 hours.
- Set steaks out at room temperature 20-30 minutes before cooking. Heat grill to medium-high heat and grease grates with cooking oil. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks for 5 minutes on each side for medium.
- Rest steaks at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra teriyaki sauce for drizzling or dipping, and garnish with cilantro.
