- Mince the garlic then chop green onions and julienne the cucumbers.
- Cook the frozen udon per package instructions, strain and plate.
- Add the Takumi to the cooked udon.
- Heat up oil and sauté the garlic, green onions (reserve some for garnish) and chili flakes for about 30 seconds or until fragrant, then add mixture to the udon.
- Mix udon well then garnish with remaining green onions and cucumbers.
