kikkoman products used:

ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced​
3 stalks green onions, chopped​
½ cup cucumbers, julienned ​
1 pack of frozen udon​
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Gochujang Spicy Miso ​
1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil​
1 tablespoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

directions

  1. Mince the garlic then chop green onions and julienne the cucumbers.
  2. Cook the frozen udon per package instructions, strain and plate.
  3. Add the Takumi to the cooked udon.
  4. Heat up oil and sauté the garlic, green onions (reserve some for garnish) and chili flakes for about 30 seconds or until fragrant, then add mixture to the udon.
  5. Mix udon well then garnish with remaining green onions and cucumbers.
